Aṣṭāṅga (pronouced "aash-taang-guh") yoga is a system of practice known for its progressive sequencing and dynamic transitions. Using the Tristhāna method of breath, bandha, and gaze, Aṣṭāṅga yoga increases focus, improves proprioception, and builds mobility and strength. In this led class, you will move through the first half of the Primary Series, the foundational sequence in Aṣṭāṅga yoga, with variations and modifications offered.
